Our No. 10 Bluffs project is a refined study in contrast. Timeless brick architecture meets warm, contemporary interiors. Defined by clean-lined millwork, soft neutral palettes, and layered natural textures, the home balances tailored sophistication with inviting comfort. White oak beams, custom cabinetry, and honed stone surfaces create a cohesive material story throughout, while expansive steel-framed windows flood each space with light. From the serene, vaulted primary suite to the rich, moody dining nook and cinematic theater room, every room was designed to feel both elevated and deeply livable. We created an understated yet distinctive retreat rooted in craftsmanship and quiet luxury!
